Summer Classes

Summer 2010 has been cancelled. We are still running weekend workshops. Please check the schedule listed under "Year Around Clases". Thank you for your interest.

Classes are offered in one week sessions, mornings, 9:00am to noon, and afternoons, 12:45-4:00 with the exception of Pre-K which only meets in the mornings from 9:00 am - noon. Each session consists of two classes, AM and PM, two and a half hours each, broken up by scheduled breaks for a light snack brought by the student, and an opening and closing day rally.

Before school care is available from 8am to 9am, for $5 a day. After school care is free until 5pm. You can either choose to attend for one to six sessions and choose to come in the AM, PM or both.

Session 1:  July 5 to July 9

Session 2:  July 12 to July 16

Session 3: July 19 to July 23
Session 4: July 26 to July 30
Session 5: August 2 to August 6

Session 6: August 9 to August 13

Half Day (AM or PM) Session = $75.00

(Pre-K would be considered half day)

If you attend all 6 sessions, full day, you will recieve a 10% discount.

Class enrollment for grades 1-2 will be limited to 15 students.  Class enrollment for grades 3-5 and 6-9 classes will be limited to 20 students.  Mixed grade classes increase the opportunities for our students to work to their maximum ability. The grade a student will be entering in the Fall determines which class group s/he will enroll in, with the exception of students going into tenth grade who may still take 6-9 grade classes.

Pre-K/K Classes are offered only in the morning and enrollment will be limited to twelve students.  This program is for toilet trained children between the ages of three and five.  Our classes are developmentally appropriate and extremely open ended, to allow each child to grow and learn to his or her full potential. Classes will have a consistent daily structure, including physical activity, games, social time and snack. Curricula will vary from day to day, and will include math, literacy, art, science and small and large motor skill development activities. Snacks will be healthy foods prepared by the children.  If your child has food allergies please be sure to make a note of that when you receive your enrollment confirmation package.

Students who stay all day should bring their lunch and a light snack for breaks , with them, preferably using recyclable containers. Eating is a good social activity and a fun way for your child(ren) to make new friends. Morning and Afternoon students are encouraged to bring their lunches and eat with the Full Day students!!

Lunch will be supervised, with students of all ages eating together.

Tuition fees are by the following schedule:
Full Day (AM/PM) Session  = $150.00
If your child is only enrolled in morning classes, s/he may stay through lunch and get picked up at 12:45. Afternoon students are welcome to come at 12:00. If your child has food allergies or dietary restrictions, please send a snack as well.

Please check the "Class List" and "Class Descriptions" to determine which classes you would like to take and then proceed to the enrollment link. Each student is enrolled individually, but you may pay for all your children at one time. Members receive a 10% discount when enrolling more than one of their children.

**In addition to the tuition fees, some classes also have materials fees. We rent the campus for our classes, but all materials must be provided by ECGC. Each class's description will include the materials fee if there is one. Please be sure to check!
**Each student also pays $25.00 for liability insurance.
**If you would prefer to set up a payment schedule, please contact us and we will set up something that will work for you.
**You will receive a confirmation of your class enrollment within one week. It will include the amount of tuition you owe. If you are unsure of the total you may wait until you have received your confirmation letter, and then pay. Please remember that your classes are not held until payment has been made, unless otherwise arranged ahead of time.
**Siblings of members get a 10% discount on tuition, but pay full price for insurance and materials.
**Please check the fine print section or contact us if you have any questions.

You may pay by check or credit card.
