Year round classes are offered with no minimum enrollment, and a maximum of ten students.
Summer school classes have a minimum enrollment of three students, with a maximum enrollment of 12 students pre-K, 15 students grades 1-2, and 20 students grades 3-9.
We provide a nurturing and caring environment for our students and our teachers. There is no violence (physical, verbal or emotional) allowed on our campus. Students who do not behave respectfully will be cautioned by their teacher, and if necessary s/he will be sent to support staff to discuss appropriate behavior, and a letter will be sent home to the parents so they can discuss it at home as well. Three letters home will result in the child's permanent dismissal from summer school.
Only staff, student and families are allowed on campus. All visitors must check in with staff and wear a badge while on campus.
Summer school students may change classes during the first two days, if there is space available. Materials fees are not reimbursed, and any fees for the new class must also be paid.
We reserve the right to cancel classes due to loss of a teacher or under enrollment. If a class is canceled, material fees will be transferred to the new class and fees will be adjusted accordingly.
If you withdraw from classes before they have begun, there is an 80% fee refund. If you withdraw after classes have begun, there is no refund.
Class enrollment is not guaranteed until fees have been paid, unless previous arrangements have been made.
Before and after school care will be available between the hours of 8:00 and 5:00.
Before care will be $5 per day. After care is free, but is $5 per minute after 5:00.
